The objective for this project was to curate a visually interesting poster that presented information on a notable figure using Adobe Illustrator. The selected notable figure for this project was Robert Kirkman. The information needed to be displayed on a 10 inch by 16 inch poster.
The project needed to display information relevant to the notable figure. All images needed to be vector based to ensure quality for image scaling. Multiple sketches of assets to be included were created using Adobe Illustrator. I needed to determine how to organize the assets and informative text in an effective and visually interesting way.
The solution was to create multiple sketches and organize them in various ways in order to determine which would best meet the objective. By comparing the multiple versions of what the final product would be and applying credible feedback, I was able to determine that the final version of the poster was the most informationally effective and visually interesting.
